Fitness Training Schedule
Limited spots are available. You must reserve your spot by calling Yvonne at (954) 258-6840 or Julian at (954) 675-2524. A maximum of 10 people per Group Fitness Training session.
- 6:00 AM – SuperSession 30-45 minutes – maximum of five people
- 6:00 AM – SuperSession 30-45 minutes – maximum of five people
- 6:00 AM – SuperSession 30-45 minutes – maximum of five people
Friday:
- 6:00 AM – SuperSession 30-45 minutes – maximum of five people
